How do I become a Smartepoints.com  member?
All you need to do is go through the registration process via our sign up form . It’s 100% free and will only take 30 seconds of your time.

Is the membership really free?
It sure is!  We have no hidden charges or fees and you can close your membership at any time.

Is the rewards program open to International Participants?
Yes it  is, however you will need to check with each merchant before you make a purchase to see if they ship to your area or country.

Who can participate in the rewards program?
Anyone who is over 18 years of age and has a valid e-mail address can participate.

How many accounts may I have?
 Each person may have only one account. Each person must have his or her own email address. No one may use someone else's account.  Anyone found doing so will have their account terminated.

How do I know what my username is?
When you completed  the sign up for for the very first time you entered an Account ID and  this will be unique to you only.

I can't remember my username or password what do I do?
Not to worry,  you can use our automatic password retrieval program to get your password sent to you via e-mail address or use our contact us page.

To Earn Rewards must I login first?
Yes you must log in first  as your Account ID is unique.   This enables us to identify you and ensure we credit you with your reward points.   If you don't sign in first we have no way to know how many points to give you.

What is the value of each Merchant and why does it change?
Each participating Merchant can offer their own reward value.  With this in mind they also can change the reward value which  we try to keep as up-to-date as possible.

 How many money will I be able to make?
Our goal is to give our members as much cash  as possible, so the amount of cash rewards you will earn depends mainly on yourself.   You can earn more cash  rewards when you shop through our large shopping network.   We will always be improving our service and offer you new ways to generate points.

Fraud
We take fraud seriously and have implemented counter measures to detect fraud when it occurs this includes email spamming.  So please don't do it .

Warning: Any deliberate false claim will incur a points penalty, and may lead to the cancellation of your membership.

Note: Reward points will not be issued in relation to a cancelled or unpaid order.

If you give a false e-mail address you 
1.) Wont get paid as we use PayPal to send you your payments
2.) Your account will become locked

NO your Cash Rewards will be for life.  They don't expire.
